2. What type of material do you use?
We use the highest quality true epoxy material called "liquid tub liner" by M&A Products International Corp. and polyurethane finish by Napco Ltd.
3. How long will it last?
If proper care is taken and cleaning procedures followed, your newly refinished item will look beautiful for 10-12 years. Wall tile that is refinished should last indefinitely.
4. How will it look?
In the fact the refinished product looks as good as new. A refinished bathtub is difficult to spot to the untrained eye. Refinished product just looks and feels like the real thing.
5. How long will it take to refinish my bathtub?
From start to finish, all of this work takes about 3 to 5 hours for a standard bathtub. When our specialists are done with the refinishing process, the bathtub is ready for use in 24 hours.
6. Do I (the customer) need to do anything before you arrive?
Yes, it is important that there are no leaking faucets. Also, all loose items need to be removed from the bathroom and the counters should be cleared.
7. What colors are available?
Finish by Napco - We can refinish your surfaces in any color at Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore Stores available!
Liquid tub liner - There is just standard off-white color available!
8. I’m in the process of remodeling right now. Should I re-glaze my bathtub before or after?
You should wait until you have completed all your construction.
9. Can you repair damaged tubs?
Yes! Chips, dents, scratches and any rusty spots could be repaired before the refinishing process begins.
10. Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, usually tub refinishing comes with the warranty for 2-5 years (depends up to property status). You don't pay us until the job is completed and you are satisfied. We are fully insured and all work is guaranteed in writing.
